Entry Day 2 Dr. michaelson's program
    Aug 11 2008 07:07

Yesterday was the first day back on a 20 carb regimen.

    Not too bad at all.

I took less phentermine, but I took the name brand, Adipex, which "Dr. Mike" says will make a difference. Also he doubled the antidepressant, which definitely helped. I am more convinced than ever that I am eating for other reasons than hunger most of the time.

I am coming around to the idea of 120 ish being a reasonable weight goal. I am apparently 5'6.5", not 5'7' and I have seen BMI calculators that show 121 as a healthy weight for 5'7". I look "bony' above my navel. But I have a lot of cellulite in my hips and thighs. It's gross. I used to kid that if I ever got down to my goal weight that I would get breast enhancement, that my not be such a joke anymore. Oh well that's a problem I wouldn't mind having. I'll just stuff my bra until I can afford surgery.

    To do -

    1. Fibercon

    2. One a Day Vitamin

    3. Return to PT, cardio & strength training - just walk for now.

    4. Bikram - some day

    5. Physical- but when?

    Questions-

    1. Calcium supplement?

    1200 - 60 carbs - per US gov

20 to 40 carbs the beginning per dr.mike. that's not outrageous at all.

    139-139.5

All my hard work is paying off.  I literally do not know the last time I was under 140.  I am pretty sure it was sometime the first semester of my freshman year in college.  I know I was around 130-35 in the seventh grade and 112 in the fifth.

It would be excellent if I could do cardio today. But I have so much to do.  Maybe I'll bribe myself with extra calories....hmm....
