Trying to get the hang of this site and log in my calories.  I was finding it hard to stay on track when I wasn't tracking my food intake.  I've had a fairly active week so far so I'm feeling a bit sore today.  Any words of encouragement are welcome!

this website is amazing.

i love the encouragement it gives me.  For instance, Easter I had my family over and I ate way way too much, and I felt terrible about it.  I went on this website and read about tons of people who did the exact same thing as me and felt bad, and it motivated me to go back to my good habits and not fall back into bad habits.

Plus, it is so great to update weight loss.  It makes me feel so great.
