I weigh 199.5 today. That is 3.5 pounds down from my high.  I realized that I am not very hungry in the morning because I eat too late at night.  I am going to try to limit myself to water after 8 p.m.  Once I start eating in the morning, I just keep going. I have to change that habit if I am going to get this weight off.

I walked 3 miles in 55 minutes.  My goal is 3 miles every morning.  I'm feeling pretty good lately. My daughter has lost 9 pounds, going from 182 to 173.  She's on fire with the treadmill.  We watch the biggest loser and she walks on the treadmill while she watches.  She could be 155 by the wedding in June.  That would be great!
