			<title>My backyard</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;My son's wedding was last Saturday. The wedding and reception were held in&amp;nbsp;our backyard.&amp;nbsp; We worked for a solid 2 weeks cleaning and building a waterfall. 			<title>Trying a little harder</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I quit for awhile. Just&amp;nbsp;didn't feel like trying.&amp;nbsp; I'm back and in&amp;nbsp;a better frame of mind.&amp;nbsp; The wedding is in 2 months. Nothing like dress shopping to make you want to lose weight. I have 8 weeks with a goal of 15 pounds.&amp;nbsp; My daughter has lost nearly 20 pounds and looks really nice in her dress.&amp;nbsp; I'm busy with yard work.&amp;nbsp; We've almost finished a pergola and have one more to build along with a waterfall.&amp;nbsp; Big dreams, little money but I think we will get it done.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/misskady/296056.html</comments>

			<title>Busy</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Today I am at 198.&amp;nbsp; I have seen as low as 195.5 but I have not &quot;exercised&quot; all week.&amp;nbsp; I have been getting our home ready to be appraised so we can refinance. I've been painting, laying tile and cleaning. I guess that's exercise but the pounds are not coming off.&amp;nbsp; My daughter, however, is doing fantastic!&amp;nbsp; She does the stair stepper every day for an hour.&amp;nbsp; She started at 183 and is now 167. I'm really proud of her. She has P.E. this trimester so that will help even more.&amp;nbsp; I think she'll be about 150 by the end of school.&amp;nbsp; Now it is my turn to get busy, I've wasted too much time.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I will do the stepper then finish the tile. uggghhh.&amp;nbsp;Good day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/misskady/278300.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I weigh 199.5 today. That is 3.5 pounds down from my high.&amp;nbsp; I realized that I am not very hungry in the morning because I eat too late at night.&amp;nbsp; I am going to try to limit myself to water after 8 p.m.&amp;nbsp; Once I start eating in the morning, I just keep going. I have to change that habit if I am going to get this weight off.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I walked 3 miles in 55 minutes.&amp;nbsp; My goal is 3 miles every morning.&amp;nbsp; I'm feeling pretty good lately. My daughter has lost 9 pounds, going from 182 to 173.&amp;nbsp; She's on fire with&amp;nbsp;the treadmill.&amp;nbsp; We watch the biggest loser and she walks on the treadmill while she watches.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;She could be 155 by the wedding in June.&amp;nbsp; That would be great!&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/misskady/270377.html</comments>

			<title>I'm hopeful</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Yesterday I walked 3.3 miles in an hour and today I did&amp;nbsp;the same&amp;nbsp;in 50 minutes! I'm feeling good about that.&amp;nbsp; I'm considering buying an elliptical machine. maybe. I don't know if I can commit to use it to make it worth it, but, I think my daughter would use it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The sun is&amp;nbsp;shining today and&amp;nbsp;I am feeling less anxious.&amp;nbsp; I am getting excited about spring!&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Here I go!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I like food.&amp;nbsp; Chocolate is the best/worst. Last summer I swore of chocolate and I felt so much better. Now, it has it's hold on me again.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Addiction. Plain and simple.&amp;nbsp; I can exercise, I know I can do that.&amp;nbsp;Today I walked/jogged 3 1/2 miles in 61 minutes, that averages a 17 1/2 minutes per mile.&amp;nbsp; That's really good for me. Last summer I was doing an average&amp;nbsp;16 minute mile.&amp;nbsp; If I could just get this addiction under control, I would be okay.&amp;nbsp; I actually get headaches if I don't get some chocolate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I need sunshine, too.&amp;nbsp; I take flaxseed oil and vitamin D in the hopes that it will help with my winter depression.&amp;nbsp; I know if I ate healthy, my anxiety issues would lessen and I would feel so much better in general.&amp;nbsp; Flaxseed is supposed to help with my asthma, too.&amp;nbsp; Okay, I know what I have to do, it is just a matter of doing it. I have to start now if I want to be in a size 12 dress at my son's wedding, which I do!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>I have to get busy!</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I have decided not to do the allergy shots. My doctor's don't think they are necessary and neither do I.&amp;nbsp; I walk&amp;nbsp;2 miles every morning and did another mile in the afternoon yesterday.&amp;nbsp;That's still 2 miles less than lass summer.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I am at 200 lbs which I have never seen unless I was 9 months pregnant.&amp;nbsp; That's a blow to the self esteem.&amp;nbsp; My son is getting married the end of June and I want to be a size 12.&amp;nbsp; I need to lose 35 pounds which means 7 lbs per month. That's reasonable &lt;u&gt;if&lt;/u&gt; I work at it.&amp;nbsp; I really need to watch my diet. It's my daughter's 14th birthday today so I will have the cake but no ice cream. 			<description>&lt;p&gt;I walked 2.5 miles in 45 minutes. I did another 3/4 miles later in 15 minutes. My 13 year old daughter has decided she will be my trainer.&amp;nbsp;She has been doing the treadmill&amp;nbsp;and lunges for about a month now.&amp;nbsp; I'm a little&amp;nbsp;afraid of her.
