Entry bad habits

so summer has rolled around....

all of my healthy eating and exercising has gone to shit.. .and its starting to show big time.  no im not gaining much weight, but im turning from muscle to flab, and i have no energy. 

What i need to change right away is my diet.  im starting to log everything again so i can be accountable because ive been running on carbs and sugar. and partying wayyy to much...  looked up the nutritional facts of italian ice and my jaw dropped...  i need to cut all the crap out and eat things that will nourish my body

also neeeed to start challenging my body again.. 

this is the beginning.  tomorrow im logging everything.  i do nt want to make it permenant again but ill keep it up until i get back on track and i start to see some changes...
