For the last two weeks, I've started to get tired counting my Points and measuring every single thing I eat. I know it's easy, but I've been lazy and just logged my food on CC and counted calories instead.
I didn't really eat bad things, but I feel like I'm always cheating since I'm not writing everything down in my Weight Watchers booklet anymore.
I hope I'll have lost a few pounds at the next weigh-in...
Hey, Just remember why you are doing this. If WW isn't working for you calorie counting MUST be working. I'm sure WW doesn't work for everyone and maybe its just not your thing. Just try to get in the habit of logging all your cals on CC. You have been doing great and have lost a lot of weight already! Just live your life and don't allow WW or CC to stop you. If you can't log one day, than don't. No biggie. I hope you continue with CC because I think it is the healthiest tool to a lifestyle change! Good luck and keep up the GREAT work! |
Thank you ! It's not that WW isn't working... I was really into it an calculated every single thing I ate, and didn't mind doing it ! But I think that for now, I'll just use CC instead, to compare. I'll still go to the weigh-ins, though ! Plus, WW have a new program they want to introduce, so I'll check it out. Thanks for the pep talk, moesha ! : ) |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
