Boy, today I'm just feeling down and out. I went to the gym before and got on the treadmill for about 40 minutes at lunch. I was really hoping that would pick me up - but NO LUCK.
I'm hitting a bit of a wall now too and I can honestly say I feel like I'm losing a little steam in my quest to lose weight. I have the day off tomorrow, maybe thats what I need to recharge my batteries! Lets hope so!
