I'm convinced that the Food Industry is pulling a HUGE prank on all of us.
Rice cakes are really STYROFOAM.
Seriously, they just add salt, smoosh 'em into cakes, cut 'em in a round shape.
It's marketing gone awry.
Don't believe me? Try some styrofoam and a rice cake ... no difference.

That was one of my aunt's diet foods when I was growing up. The only way that I could ever eat them was to cover them in peanut butter. |
I agree. I quit buying them because I felt foolish paying for what I could get for free in the shipping boxes! I actually like them but they really do nothing for my hunger. |

I love rice cakes!!! That's too bad. Especially the caramel ones and cinnamon ones, but my favorite are plain. Believe it or not! :oP |
