So on this third day, I have lost already. What a feelin' that really gives you. lol. It's like, yeah, stop eating the crap and you'll actually lose something. 
I know that feeling I would have lost more if we would not have gone out to eat on friday, saturday, and sunday!! I lost a total of 2 pounds and the first week you always lose more...Next week I need to try to do this all weekend. I get soup everyday for lunch and it is sooo...expensive! I read the labels for everything now and I only like to consume a certain amount during the day so I have dinner to eat the rest, and then I don't have to be like omg I only have like 150 calories left... I know I eat WELL under what I should. I get 100 Bags of pop corn, chocolate rice cakes which are 60 calories per 7 mini cakes, soup that has no more than 100 calories per serving. I eat Oat meal for breakfast which I measure everything now too...The oatmeal with sweet and low is 150 calories, then my lunch is usually 200, and then I give 120 for 14 rice cakes. then I plan my dinner in the morning to keep on the calorie counter!! If I eat less then 1100 calories I try to drink a soda or add a snack to get me to 1200. I do that because with what woman burn off it is unhealth to consume less than 1200 calories for a woman and 1500 for a man!! I can have like 1600 calories a day but I like to try not to eat more than 1300!! Hopefully this way I can lose weight, on a daily bases!! It is funny looking at proportions and adjusting them to get them to what you want to consume!! It is amazing. I am also a little sore from the exercise that I had done yesterday in the shower |
