Entry 26 days of perfection

OK, still hovering in the mid-140s.  Decided to go to "perfect diet".  In other words, no more crap, high protien, good complex carbs, lots of veggies and heavy workouts.  Try to run 3-4 per week in addition to weight lifting.  We'll see how this goes.
