Entry Understanding the struggle
Sep 18 2008 00:44

Well, earlier this week I had a pretty easy time dieting.  In fact, I had to FORCE myself to eat at the end of the night to make sure I ate a healthy amount of calories.

Well that didn't last! LOL!

It was obviously some bizarre side effect of a medication that I was on, cause as soon as I stopped it my hunger came back full force.  The last few days have been such a struggle.  I've been a complete b*tch to my pregnant sister, I've told off my husband... oh.  I predict a thin but lonely divorced future!  LOL!  The things we do to lose weight eh?  Gesh.

I'm hoping this gets easier.  I know that losing weight is harder then maintaining it.

Take a breath and relax.  Yeah that from someone who's constantly PMS!

Anyway try to stock up on low cal munchies.  If you fell the need to chew try to have a cup of tea first or some gum, wait 10 minutes and see if your still hungry.  I find on thoses days that I can't seem to get rid of that hungry feeling sometimes it helps to take a Tums. ( slight indigestion often feels like hunger)
