that mantra worked for me today.. twice i went to eat something that I hadn't planned on for the day and I was like, morgan... no!  Not in the plan!  haha.  I had 1600 cals and made it to the gym for 75 min of yoga and 30 min of cardio.  I hate when I dont get done with the gym until 10 at night but, at least I got it in.  I budgeted for a light dinner after of yogurt and fruit.  One of the trainers at the gym (super hot) came up to me as I was leaving he was like, how long were you on that stairmaster for?  That was impressinve that thing is tough!  haha i think clearly he just wanted to talk to me... im glad he broke the ice because now im totally going to flirt with him everytime I see him, fun!  :)  

Going to court for work tomorrow.  Sentencing hearing for a client based partly on a memo I wrote.... Hes def going to jail but hopefully not for the max.  Hitting the gym after work and then LIBRARY to cram for the MPRE exam this weekend.  Cram cram cram.  Im kind of glad i have to take it because this means i wont go out and drink thurs or friday and I have a shot at not blowing my whole weekend!  Ill prob def do something sat night.. I just want to be binge free again this weekend, that would be fab.  :)

ahh, I am trying to use your mantra right now.  Hopefully it holds me out until lunch.

I am in awe of your gym sessions.  I don't know how you can put in so much time with everything else going on it your life, good for you.  The stairstepper is an evil bitch, who I am trying to become friends with ha!
