Entry cottage cheese

So I tried two new ways to eat cottage cheese yesterday.  Stirred into oatmeal for a snack and mixed with tuna fish and herbs for dinner.  Oatmeal, not a fan.  I usually put egg whites in oatmeal and like that way better.  It was really good in the tuna fish though!  Super high protein, low cal dinner.  I have to eat really light mon and tues nights because I end up eating at like 10:00 at night after the gym.  Had a really good workout yesterday, did legs and some cardio and then at the end I worked on my yoga headstand a little, I can stay up for like 10 seconds now but its pretty shaky.  I made the mistake of standing up right after I came out of it and had a huge head rush and almost passed out, lol.  Anyways I ate about 1550 cals yesterday and weighed 136.5 this morning.  I haven't been that low this early in the week in a while.  I'm pretty close so where I used to be consistently last year (132 was my "happy" weight) so thats good!  I'm wearing my smallest pair of work pants today, size 2 from Express.  They usually feel just a little too snug but they fit great today, yay.

Todays eats:

bfast - egg whites, smoked salmon, fat free cheese - 265

snack - apple - 100

lunch - spinach, sundried tomato, olives, artichoke and salmon salad

snack - Ohhh I don't know, maybe a sweet potato and soy meatballs?  I said I was going to eat that yest and didn't and now I want one, lol

pre workout - balance bar

workout - yoga night! and cardio

dinner - maybe tuna and cottage cheese again.. or fruit and yogurt.

This guy at my gym is so effing hot, I see him there like EVERY time I go.  He has talked to me a few times for dumb stuff like asking me if I was done with a weight or something and I totally dropped the ball and didn't take the in!  haha.

you gotta talk to him now!  :D  ask him if he's done with the weight or something.  i dunno.  just a little small talk.

132...  yeah, i remember how happy i was to be there.  LOL  i gotta get back up to it.  going up rots, but whatever...  i guess i can bring myself to do it.  it should be easy with my anniversary trip.

he's probably going home and telling his buddies "oh man, this girl at the gym is SO hot."

Talk to him! I agree with jules that he probably thinks your hot too. I am so jealous of your size 2!

ah, size two!? you deserve it with all that exercise and good eating though...

mm, i love cottage cheese. i should definitely look for new ways to eat it...i add salsa sometimes or peaches...so filling!

Ahhh Friendship was the kind I bought! Maybe that was my problem? But I'm eating it right now mixed with yogurt and blueberries and it's much better!
