Last bar review of the semester is tonight (the law school rents out a bar for everyone ever few weeks, its a shit show, so fun).  Its at the draft.  I can't beleive its the last one!!!!  The semester has flown by.  I kind of don't feel like getting super wasted tonight but, my friend are really pumped to party so its probly going to happen.  Mark will be there, I just want to look really hot and ignore him, LOL.

 I have a hair appointment tomorrow at 2:00, and you know since  my har is going to be looking FRESH I needed to find a boy to take me out fri night, lol.  Chris and I are going to do dinner/drinks.  I haven't seen him in like 2 weeks, he is an accountant and swamped with end of the year stuff.  It will be fun to see him.  :)  I'm planning on staing IN sat night, I have work to do this weekend so I need to make some time for that.

Yesterdays workout was good.  Lifted chest and back and did 40 min of cardio.  Tonight I think I am going to just do abs.  I usually never do just an ab workout, I always do it in combo with a larger muscle group but I'm going to do that and do some cardio before pregaming with everyone.

todays eats:

bfast - whole wheat english muffin, 1 cup egg whites, 1.5 oz smoked salmon, 1 oz fat free cheese - I felt like I needed some extra carbs, I ate super low carbs all day yesterday

snack - apple

lunch - made a huge salad of baby spinach, cherry tomatoe, red onion, roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, and crab legs with fat free balsalmic, yum-O

pre workut - protein bar

dinner - before I go out I like to eat these microwave bean and rice burrito things, they are like 300 cals (Amy's).  They aren't the best for you but I really need to eat something substantial feeling before I go out drinking.  I have some roasted broccoli and squash from last night to go with it.

  My goal is just NOT to come home and binge eat after bar review, and to have a decent weekend with reasonable choices.  I don't need to be super strict, I just don't want to over-eat.  I have been doing well not bingeing so I just want to keep that up and be healthy first and foremost.

i need to start doing the same with my weekends! reasonable choices!

i like to loosen up and eat what i want on the weekends, but i need to start doing it more moderately. like, 1 "whatever i want" meal a day, and not all three! bad enough all the beer calories...

i'm sure the party will be fun tonight! love the "look hot and ignore Mark" idea :P

Enjoy the party tonight! Haha and have fun ignoring Mark I'm sure that will drive him crazy. Oh and have fun with cris tomorrow night. :)

god binging after i drink is such a problem for me too! last weekend i purposely set aside one of those smartfood white cheddar popcorn things (horrible for you but only 240 cal) so while i was out i said no to pizza, no to nachos/cheese, and no to candy, because i knew i had something waiting for me at home, and didn't eat beyond that. 

obviously didn't cancel out the gallons of alcohol haha but it helped with the binging mindset! have fun!
