			<description>&lt;p&gt;I'm physically starting to see results and that is really encouraging. For the most part, my diet has been pretty good. It's the exercise that is lacking. I need to get into a routine for working out, but since coming back from Florida it's been really hard. Work hours are a bit crazy and my spare time is used up by wedding stuff.&lt;/p&gt;
