Wow...It has been about two weeks since I logged anything. But now, I'm back on track. I was watching the news and again, it said how much more people are able to lose weight if they log what they eat. So that just proves it, once again. I need to log my food. Because I realize how easy it is to just eat and eat and eat...conveniently 'forgetting' what I already ate! Thankfully, my weight has not gone up. I fell into a sort of maintenance mode. But, I know how I teeter on the edge of maintenance and gaining! Such a very fine line for me. Feels good to be back.
