Day 239 -- 1103 -- D537 -- The only reason I was so low is I got on the phone with a friend. I've been horrible lately. The scale said 143 -- I am not writing that down. :)
Day 240 -- 1537 -- D103 -- I guess a 103 deficit is better than none.

D232 - 1380 - D260 -- I have no idea how I'm doing weight-wise. I think my calories overall have been pretty good. I've spent hours over the last few days weedeating and cutting grass. I also ran on Sunday. I'm just losing my motivation for some reason. I sat down this evening with chips and almost went crazy on them. Fortunately, I stopped myself after only about a dozen or so. Hmmm, maybe I am learning?
D233 - 1436 - D204 -- too many donut holes (3), but other than that, pretty uneventful day.
D234 - 1427 - D715 -- again high on calories, at least it was a pt day.
D235 - 1120 - D520 -- low on calories today. I'm sure it was the football game.
D236 - 1488 - D462 -- high again. Maybe 1500 is where I should be. :) I couldn't resist the donut. Official pt was cancelled today so I couldn't weigh on my usual scale, but when I weighed Wednesday I was back at 142 -- almost 141 (from the 147 after vacation). I'll try to weigh in Monday.
D237 - 3467 -- D+1517 -- are you out of your ever-lovin' mind??? What was I thinking?
D238 - 1516 - D124 -- This is getting disasterous. Why am I blowing all my hard work now? Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Day 225 - 1298 - D662 -- I had to pick up my boy from football then head to an HOA meeting. By the time I got home, I wasn't all that hungry. I had a salad and sandwich with chocolate milk and teddy grahams. Not a bad day.
Day 226 - 1442 - D208 -- Not a horrible day considering I had an unexpected lunch meeting at a Thai restaurant. I love Thai, I hate not having planned it. Oh well, a few calories over isn't tragic, but I guess I'll forgo my evening popcorn huh?
Day 227 - 1131 - D959 -- I ran for 35 minutes today. I got off the treadmill feeling pretty good. I got on the scale, it still says 144. Good to crappy in 3.2 seconds. Whatever.
Day 228 - 1519 - D131 -- I think I guestimated too high on my 5 little chicken wings and 15 french fries (687 total), but better high than low. Another crappy day anyway. Maybe I'm at the weight I'm supposed to be? Maybe I just feel like giving up?
Day 229 - 1397 - D843 -- I worked in the yard for hours this morning. Maybe it will make up for the bad days this week. I didn't even get on a scale.
Day 230 - 2758 - D+538 -- Normal cheat day. Went to IHOP for breakfast, had buffalo chicken for dinner a few cookies and Funyuns. Woohoo. I did spend a couple hours cutting/weedeating the yard. A little balance. I will weigh myself next Friday.
Day 231 -- 1269 - D981 -- Uneventful day.

Day 218 - vacation 7 -- 2590 - D0000 -- one more vacation day to survive then it's back to the grind.
Day 219 - 1359 - D291 -- I have so much damage to undo. I've eaten like 20,000 calories the last eight days. That is almost seven pounds! I guess that is why they call it a vacation. Who knows, maybe it will help me jump start the last (now) 10 pounds or so.
Day 220 - 1345 - D325 -- Two days in a row with a deficit! Woohoo me.
Day 221 - 1323 -- D537 -- Life is getting back to normal. I'm not even getting on the scale tomorrow for two reasons: 1. vacation 2. MTOM is coming too. Double whammy, why put myself through it.
Day 222 - 1272 - D768 -- PT and below my 1400 goal. Woohoo. I did get on the scale -- the damage was 145. I am not recording that for the reasons on day 221. Hopefully, it doesn't take me long to make up the difference.
Day 223 - 2468 - D-588 -- a little yard work and not a horrible cheat day.
Day 224 - 1222 - D428 -- A pretty lite day. MTOM is the heaviest it's been in years. I'm hoping that accounts for the extra three pounds from my vacation. A girl can dream can't she?

Day 210 - 1427 - D223 -- Considering I'm going on leave Tuesday, I probably shouldn't count anything this week, but I'm going to try and make smart choices while still having fun.
Day 211 - 1365 - D610 -- uneventful day
Day 212 -- vacation day 1-- 2933 -- D0000 -- ate way to much junk, no water and very little exercise. It is a vacation, but I'll have to be a little more careful. Exercise calories were only 48.
Day 213 -- vacation day 2 Fair Day -- 3735 -- D0000 -- I know I am on vacation, but this crap has to stop. Ate way too much fair food, but at least I was walking around for 4 hours or so. I only counted 2 hours at 2.5 pace. I imagine I used to eat like this every day though. I suppose it won't kill me. And, I did go and buy salad, bagels, no cal tea and crab meat. So tomorrow should be better. Exercise calories 429.
Day 214 -- vacation 3 -- 1686 -- D131 -- At least I ran today. I had a very small deficit too! Yeah me. If only I could keep it around 2000 a day ...
Day 215 -- vacation 4 -- 3012 -- D0000 -- I'm glad I don't take a vacation very often.
Day 216 -- vacation 5 -- 3705 -- D0000 -- I am sooo ready to be home
Day 217 -- vacation 6 -- 2822 -- D0000 -- Not as bad as the last couple of days.

Day 203 - 1190 - D1456 -- I worked my butt off in the yard. Too high of a deficit.
Day 204 - 1087 - D2448 -- Missed lunch, but had a big dinner. Then, I got on the phone with my sister for the next couple of hours. No eating on the phone. Again, too much of a deficit. Have to be careful.
Day 205 - 1380 - D3008 -- Picked up trash on the highway for a couple hours. I had a donut and a tiny piece of carrot cake at work. Ate a big chili dinner (granted it was a turkey chili.) Still had a 560 deficit.
Day 206 - 983 - D4105 -- I don't know what the hell is going on. I am fighting to not eat junk food, but then don't eat anything else either. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
Day 207 - 1302 - D4453 -- I think I lost a pound this week, if the deficit is to be believed. Maybe I am trying to get ready for all the junk I will eat next week on vacation.
Day 208 - 1382 - D5041 -- I didn't get to weigh on my normal scale. Using my scale I haven't lost or gained anything this week. I don't believe it considering my calorie deficit this week. I'll try and get up to my normal scale tomorrow.
Day 209 - 3162 - D3839 -- Even with the huge cheat day I just had, I still have a big deficit the past 7 days. I am going on vacation Tuesday and I'm pretty sure that whole week is going to be bad calorie-wise. I am going to do my best to get in a little exercise and make smart choices, but I also know the temptations will be high and I want to have a good time.

D196 - 1255 - D435 -- very lazy day
Day 197 - 1025 - D1510 -- HOA meeting prevented eating lots of crap. Woohoo. Makes up a little for the disasterous Saturday pool party/drink fest/BBQ
Day 198 - 1269 - D1891 -- uneventful day
Day 199 - 1246 - D2745 -- We had a farewell potluck this afternoon. I ate more chips than I planned, but did pretty well with baked chicken wings and salad. I did have a piece of white cake too. All in all though, I knew I was having salad for dinner to help make up for it. It was a big salad with added tomatoes, croutons and a mix of fat free and real Ranch -- about 200 calories or so. I'm glad I am far enough into this process that I know one "cheat" meal can easily be made up for.
Day 200 - 1170 - D3225 -- Uneventful day
Day 201 - 1895 - D3230 -- I lost my one pound this week. I knew I was going to do serious drinking tonight so I had my bagel and coffee for breakfast, but skipped lunch. I had wings and fries for dinner. I drank probably 8 Michelob Ultras and 5 buttery nipple shots. When you factor in my morning pt, I only added 5 calories to my deficit. But hey, at least I added. :)
Day 202 - 2084 - D3366 -- lots of calories burned cutting grass -- other than breakfast and a Pepsi, I didn't do much cheating today either. All in all a good week.

D189 - 1382 - D1465 -- uneventful day that ended in popcorn :)
D190 - 1305 - D2290 -- Missed breakfast due to mice nibbling on my bagel :(
D191 - 1368 - D2582 -- Good week so far calorie wise, but the scale is showing a 2 pound gain. It must be because it's TTOM, but I never saw a gain before. I know though that I haven't eaten 7,000 extra calories. I just have to wait it out I guess.
D192 - 1376 - D3316 -- the scale was back where it belonged this morning after my run. Whew! Good run this morning. Good deficit this week.
D193 - 1156 - D3820!! -- Kind of low tonight, but only cause I was scrapbooking. Good distraction there. I'm sure I lost my one pound this week.
D194 - 1423 - D4515 -- I lost another pound -- only 8 more to go. Rather than confuse myself, I am going to do the deficits Sunday - Saturday, but still weigh on Friday. Strange I know, but it works for me.
D195 - 3052 - D1392 -- Bad, bad, bad, but a good party :)

I decided to not take a cheat day today because of how high I went yesterday. Granted, most of the over calories were beer and I still had a 657 calorie deficit thanks to the Habitat work, but I don't want to get off track. Starting tomorrow I am going to do one journal per week. When I get the time, I am going to combine my old journals as well. I can just edit each night and start a new journal every Sunday. I guess I'll see how it goes.

Wow, that was the biggest non-cheat day I've had in 187 days. I had beer and cake. The good thing is, I busted my but working on the Habitat House for hours yesterday. I will just have to work a little harder to make sure I don't gain this week. I had a very good time, and the cake was amazing.
