Day 225 - 1298 - D662 -- I had to pick up my boy from football then head to an HOA meeting. By the time I got home, I wasn't all that hungry. I had a salad and sandwich with chocolate milk and teddy grahams. Not a bad day.
Day 226 - 1442 - D208 -- Not a horrible day considering I had an unexpected lunch meeting at a Thai restaurant. I love Thai, I hate not having planned it. Oh well, a few calories over isn't tragic, but I guess I'll forgo my evening popcorn huh?
Day 227 - 1131 - D959 -- I ran for 35 minutes today. I got off the treadmill feeling pretty good. I got on the scale, it still says 144. Good to crappy in 3.2 seconds. Whatever.
Day 228 - 1519 - D131 -- I think I guestimated too high on my 5 little chicken wings and 15 french fries (687 total), but better high than low. Another crappy day anyway. Maybe I'm at the weight I'm supposed to be? Maybe I just feel like giving up?
Day 229 - 1397 - D843 -- I worked in the yard for hours this morning. Maybe it will make up for the bad days this week. I didn't even get on a scale.
Day 230 - 2758 - D+538 -- Normal cheat day. Went to IHOP for breakfast, had buffalo chicken for dinner a few cookies and Funyuns. Woohoo. I did spend a couple hours cutting/weedeating the yard. A little balance. I will weigh myself next Friday.
Day 231 -- 1269 - D981 -- Uneventful day.
