D232 - 1380 - D260 -- I have no idea how I'm doing weight-wise. I think my calories overall have been pretty good. I've spent hours over the last few days weedeating and cutting grass. I also ran on Sunday. I'm just losing my motivation for some reason. I sat down this evening with chips and almost went crazy on them. Fortunately, I stopped myself after only about a dozen or so. Hmmm, maybe I am learning?
D233 - 1436 - D204 -- too many donut holes (3), but other than that, pretty uneventful day.
D234 - 1427 - D715 -- again high on calories, at least it was a pt day.
D235 - 1120 - D520 -- low on calories today. I'm sure it was the football game.
D236 - 1488 - D462 -- high again. Maybe 1500 is where I should be. :) I couldn't resist the donut. Official pt was cancelled today so I couldn't weigh on my usual scale, but when I weighed Wednesday I was back at 142 -- almost 141 (from the 147 after vacation). I'll try to weigh in Monday.
D237 - 3467 -- D+1517 -- are you out of your ever-lovin' mind??? What was I thinking?
D238 - 1516 - D124 -- This is getting disasterous. Why am I blowing all my hard work now? Stupid, stupid, stupid.
