			<title>Its been a while</title>
			<link>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/msisha/344402.html</link>
<description>&lt;p&gt;Well its been a while since I have used calorie count.&amp;nbsp; I got to the point where I basically stopped weighing myself.&amp;nbsp; I didn't see the point of it anymore because one day it says one thing and the next it says another.&amp;nbsp; I just started looking at how my clothes fit.&amp;nbsp; Last time I was on here I might have just broken the 200lb mark and I am happy to say that I broke the 190lb mark and 180lb mark.&amp;nbsp; I can thank hard training for a recent Muay Thai fight I had in June.&amp;nbsp; My trainers pushed me extra hard and the weight just eased off.&amp;nbsp; I began running more and things have been looking up.&amp;nbsp; For everyone that is out there, just know that you can do it.&amp;nbsp; You have to love yourself and have faith in YOU...You can do it....just repeat that to yourself over and over again.&amp;nbsp; If you speak it, believe it, then you can live it and be it.&lt;/p&gt;</description> <comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/msisha/344402.html</comments>
