Breakfast:
part 1.... small banana
gym: 45 minutes on elliptical; 15 minutes of weights
part 2: 1 cup of fiber one cereal (yes, I am having those problems..it's not fun) w/ skim milk
snack: 2 rice cakes; tootsie pop
lunch: I sauteed some mushrooms and onions w/ Pam and Mrs. Dash (instead of sounding like cooking aids, it sounds like I had company....lol); 1/3 cup of ff cottage cheese; a little more than 1 serving of vegetable chips (150 cal/per serving for the chips)
snack: protein bar +banana
dinner: pizza (it was a small personal pizza. I ate about 2/3 of it...I would estmate this to be about 2 normal-sized slices)... it had sauce, chicken, onion, tomato, red pepper, mushroom and was light on the cheese.... + a small apple. I was craving carbs and pizza sounded delish. My stomach is regretting it now though.
snack: fat free pudding cup w/ some cool whip free and dark chocolate chips
...I'm pretty sure I was way over my calorie limit today.
I'm not going to log anything but I think a quick estimate would make it....oh. Not as bad as I had though. It looks like it was just between 1000 and 1200 for everything, not counting the pizza...well...maybe I stayed under 1700, because I was estimating the pizza to be no more than 500-600. If I didn't go over, at least I certainly didn't have a massive excess, like I was fearing. Eesh. I'll be good this weekend.
