breakfast: 1 cup of fiber one cereal w/ skim milk; 1 small banana
exercise: went on a walk/jog that lasted from 8:30 to 10:00
snack: 1.5 serving of veggie chips
lunch: roast turkey (no skin); sweet potatoes; green beans
snack: 3 rice cakes; med apple; light laughing cow wedge
I had a protein bar around 3....I think these are causing me some stomach discomfort/bloating/cramps. I'm going to put them away for awhile.
dinner: baked beans; salad (lettuce, mushroom, tomato, cucumber, beets); slice of italian bread
snack: 1 fat free pudding snack; ...and then I sat down and ate like 2 servings of veggie chips. Ugh.
