b- 1 cup of fiber one w/ skim milk; small banana
s- small banana; some dark chocolate chips; tiny cup of hot choc
lunch: salad (lettuce; refried beans, black beans, tomato, salsa); med apple; sugarfree jello cup
snack: some raw cucumber/celery; 1 light laughing cow wedge; 1 med apple
might not make it to the gym today; depends on how much I get done. Swamped with schoolwork, atm.
dinner: 2 egg beaters; 3/4 zucchini; 3 onion slices; 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese with crushed pineapple. yay protein!
snack: 1 fat free pudding cup w/ cool whip free. tastes like mousse. om nom nom.
