b- 1 1/4 cup of fiber one w/ skim milk

s- sugarfree jello cup; some dark chocolate chips

l- 6 oz split pea soup (i took out the ham..ew); salad (lettuce, tomato, carrot, kidney bean, black bean, ff ranch); 2 pieces of cornbread...totally unnecessary, but delicious

s- med apple; ff yogurt w/ pineapple; some trail mix...I had this after my exercise; I was literally shaking because I was so weak. I didn't feel hungry, but I needed food. 

d- fresh melon; a small portion of pasta w/ veggies; a med apple

exercise: ran for 10 minutes on the treadmill; 25 minutes on the elliptical 

s- 3/4 bowl of fiber one w/ skim milk...I am so bloated and constipated. It's horrible and tmi, I know. :( i'm going to make an effort to drink 2 glasses of water with each meal and between each meal tomorrow and see if that helps.
