Ok, so I am into the second day of my new lifestyle change...so far, so good! 
It's just one day at a time. Yesterday I was able to stay within my 1200 calories and I'm on track so far today. I also drank a little over 2 liters of H20, pretty good for me. Thank God for assistance! I am now able to get the right foods. I enjoyed making a healthy dinner for my daugher also. I don't want her picking up my bad habits.
I also walked for about 45 minutes. It was a slow pace but I was just glad to finally be doing something...anything, to get started losing weight. I surprised myself and had some time to kill this morning and ended up doing 20 minutes of a stretch video. I think that really helped my back and I hope I can catch this instructor each morning on tv. Of course that means I have to get up in time....but like I say this whole journey is ONE DAY AT A TIME!
