			<description>&lt;p&gt;hello ladies how was ur thanksgiving? mine was good i did not cheat, i was amazed at how i didnt eat as much. my hubby made banana nut bread and blueberry bread and apple cinnamon bread i did not have any of those breads and we put out cheese and crackers and pepparoni i did not have any of that either i just dont crave it anymore i had 2 small pieces of turkey a little bit of potatoes and some carrots yummy&amp;nbsp; and some peas and a biscuit thats all i had. so not that bad of my diet right? so have a good weekend til next saturday weigh in tina&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/myksgirl43/363346.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;hi there everyone and good job to everyone i have weighed in and i am down to148.0 i have lost 4.5lbs since the last time i weighed in&amp;nbsp; so i am now down to 102.5lbs lost so far so i got discouraged on october 24th cause i didnt lose or gain but i was hoping to have lost but i didnt i stayed the same so now i am doing good again my husband got the wii so i have been doing that it is so much fun and he bought me the wii fit for christmas so i am getting that for christmas. so everyone keep up the good work and stay in touch. tina&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/myksgirl43/357216.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;hello ladies today is october 24th and it is my weigh in and i didnt lose or gain wich is a good thing, i have been working out on the wii i do bowling and boxing and baseball with my kids, i am doing good with the boxing on the punching bag it is a good work out. i thought i had gained but i didnt i stayed the same&amp;nbsp; wich is a good thing i was all depressed til i saw my paper and i had actually stayed the same&amp;nbsp; so how is everyone doing i dont see any of u much i hope to stay in touch with u&amp;nbsp; but i have gone down 10 pant size 8 bra sizes 5 underwear sizes and i am in a medium shirt from a 2x so i think i am doing good i havent been in a size 12 pant since december of 1993 so good luck and please keep in touch. tina&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/myksgirl43/353346.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;hello everyone makphl the wedding was wonderful and i got so many compliments. today is august 29th and today was weigh in for me at home and i lost 5 more lbs so now im down to 156.0 altogether i have lost 95.5 lbs and i need to lose more&amp;nbsp; i danced with my son and my husband took our picture were i am up close to my son and in the pic i am showing leg woo hoo. so i think i will add that pic of me when hubby sends it to me so i can down load it and show u guys what i looked like, but my daughter in law was absolutely beautiful and my grand kids oh my god they were so cute, well good luck to u all and sorry i havent been on to post but i had to do a computer restore. so til two weeks for my next weigh in tina&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/myksgirl43/337474.html</comments>
