Hi I'm myspacecharly

I guess I started a little late with coming on here. In the last 4 months I've dropped a dress size and a half but being away from home (and therefore away from my weight loss boot camp boss mum) I'm slacking slightly. So I finally thought I'd join one of these things and see what it did for me.

I used to go to the gym every single day but my new gym is just so awful that I'm disillusioned by it. I bought some exercise DVDs and they seem fun if a little repetitive but I'm going to try and keep those up doing about half an hour daily with the full 50 minutes on other days. With hangover days for rest of course!

I'm only hoping to lose a few pounds, but I guess I'm lacking in the motivation. In other words, if the pizza looks any good for lunch I'll be having one slice plus my usual yoghurt. Is that so bad?

I think actually being able to see what I put into my body will make a huge difference. And the lack of calories lost in exercise might encourage me to do more!!

Anyways, here's to hoping for the best!
