Entry Eating till I burst but can't eat enough?

So I logged in my food for the day.... Crap only 1256 cal... NOT enough.  All my food were A's but lunch.  A microwave Asian dish very tasty and only a 280 cal.  I think not bad.  Maybe a bag of sun chips when I get home will push me right to 1456 cal..  ' not bad.  Not good either.

I have been walking at 4mph in the gym for 1 hour a day.   That's as fast as I can walk..  Today I changed and with some shopping to do I only had 1/2 an hour.  I rode the stationary bike for 30min.  I burnt the same if not more Calories then walking.  I will put this in my routine weekly. 

I think if I can keep this eating and the workouts going then I should loose about 4lbs a week until my body stabilizes.

200 more calories..crap.
