			<title>Too cold to run</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Its getting to cold for me to run, I know ppl run in the cold bit I'm not crazy and I don't want to get sick.Anyway, Ive gained 5 lbs and I wanted to lose 10..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I do still get my cardio from aerobics like 15-20 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I just can't get myself to do a aerobix work out for as long as i could of ran....&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Dirty lil carbs keep sneaking up on me...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Even fruit has carbs in it wtf?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I'm assuming that some carbs are good for you..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ive been getting a B+ for my analysis this week.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think I eat too much starchy foods,salt,sugar and additives.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Well I guess im recovered from my ED i don't really go crazy over calorie intake anymore..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I gained weight..i feel fat&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ive just been running lately,doing push ups and lifting light weights..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;IDK i just feel gross.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I need to start eating more veggies.Less salt&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>trying to gain ..is hard work</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;so yea im trying to gain a few pounds,recovering from ed isnt so easy ,but i want to do it in a healthy way and not just gain a bunch of un shapely fat deposits on my thighs..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;so i just forced myself to eat more even though i wasnt hungry..and i still only ended up eating 1,775 calories today ...&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;someone told me id need to eat around 4,000 to gain weight but it just seems like id be eating all day long,or eating un healthy high calorie foods.&lt;/p&gt;

			<description>&lt;p&gt;I feel so drained today..not enough sleep last night plus i doubt the wake and bake helped ..i had a good breakfast today..&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup cheerios and a piece of toast and grape juice mini.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;im thinking about making some coffee so i can get on with the day..&lt;/p&gt;
