Wow. I didn't realize how long it's been since I logged onto CalorieCount. Guess I need to get back on here to get back on track. My weight's been stable but I'm aiming to lose a few more pounds. I've been running a lot less than I used to because I've been working more, sleeping less, and staying up late doing schoolwork after I put the lil one to bed. I know, I know, what a list of excuses, eh? However, I have been taking a once-weekly dance class which is not only a great workout, but loads of fun. I highly recommend signing up for dance classes, even if you are not very physically fit, haven't danced in a long time, or are afraid you can't do it. YOU CAN! I didn't think I would be any good, but I'm actually doing alright. I think I dance even better now than I used to because I'm not so self-conscious anymore. Everyone should try it, really. At least attend a few classes before you decide if it's for you. I'm glad I did. . . Anyway, enough of the dance promo. YAY! your back! Good job with the weight staying stable, that can always be hard. But goodluck with your efforts to lose a few more. I'm afraid that if I signed up for dance classes I would look like a retarded monkey and I would need atleast two drinks before. Haha! hope you have a good day! |
