I'm Back

Well, I took a long time off from this diet but I am back now and determined to do it. I tried the Banana diet for 3 weeks and lost maybe 1 kilogram. It just was not working for both Rick and me. I am doing a diet for 2 which includes walking and weight training. I am suppose to eat 1600 calories per day. I will see what happens after two weeks.

First Time to Journal

Well, I have never journaled before regarding diet but... I am happy with the progress I have made since I am dieting at a difficult time, considering having guests and a wedding. I have lost nearly 6 kilos in about 5 weeks. I am wondering what to do regarding diet since I will be traveling and with relatives for 3 weeks. What can I do to at least maintain and hopefully continue losing?
