So 28 weeks after starting. (well a little less but I say from when we got home from Vaca.)
28 weeks = 87.6 lbs
1 week - 3.1 lbs
goal range 120-140 lbs.
13 lbs - 33 lbs to go.
so if I keep this pace I will reach top range in 4.3 weeks and low range in 11 weeks.
Bmi - start : 43.9
Now : 27.9
to reach "healthy" - 16 lbs down weight will be 136 lbs. just over 5 weeks
Body fat estimated to be 31.97 % using the U.S. Navy body fat formula
The average body fat percentage for U.S. females is around 32%, with the ideal at 22%. Athletic females should be around 15-20%.

We went to Disney April 28-may 5
It was the best time. Before we went I found this web site http://allears.net/menu/menus.htm It has all the menus with current prices. I used it to pick where I was going to make ressies. I found places that had a good selection with healthy choices. A real help.
I suggest that if you are staying on Disney property that you get the Deluxe dinning plan. You get a lot of food but I had 2 little ones that were to Young to be on their own plan so I got to share. Plus with all the walking I still lost even with the yummy desserts. The most important thing is the Quick service meals are OK at best, with limited healthy choices. With the upgraded plan I even saved $250+!!!! that's a big savings. How I figured that out was from site above I add what we got then subtracted it from what I paid. I also didn't include the snacks we got because I couldn't remember the prices or places we grabbed them at.
We stayed at POP century. great staff, our room was clean, and the pool was close. We stayed in the 80's it's close to the bus pick up.
If you have kids under 5-6 bring a stroller. they get tired fast. We took 2 and gate checked them on the plane. fast and easy. My 3yo stayed it her stroller a lot, I think it was her safety bubble.
There are great deals going on so if you can swing it go. The penny pinching is so worth the happiness on my kids face when we were there is so worth it. Thanks uncle SAM for that refund this year.

Yesterday May 31, 2009
My family and I went for a hike, We did a 2.5 mile walk, It had plenty of ups and downs and a nice waterfall. The walk wasn't too hard since we were going with a 18 month old, a 3.5 year old and a mama that's out of shape (me).
We stopped at the waterfall to take pics and at the 1 mile mark for lunch by the river. My 3 year old walked the whole way the only time anyone lifted her was to rock hop the river. My DH carried Lil man on his shoulders for 70% of the time. My 9 year old was fast and kept up with her uncle (13 years old) and his friend. They climbed big boulders, crossed the river at many points, they just had a blast. My Mom and Dad have done the trail before but because they have a chicken for a dog never finished it. So they finally got to see the waterfall.
How did I do? I kept up with everyone! I was how ever glad I had my 3yo. She got to set the pace for the most part so that helped. I don't even hurt this morning. Yeah!!! Don't get me wrong it wasn't easy but I would not say it was difficult. I worked my legs and got the heart and lungs pumping. Next Sunday I think we will try another trail. Depends on what time we get home from my oldest Jump rope competition.
I burned 1554 calories according to the activity log. and I didn't even use it for icecream.LOL.

I'm back my baby boy has been done BF for 6 months now and I have gotten up the motivation to get back in control.
I have lost 10lbs. since starting. yeah me! My goal is to loss 80 more. I would love to do it in a year. That's 1.6 lbs a week. I can do it.
I consider my kids my gym equipment since they never let me stop. they have me running, lifting, pushing, etc.
I think my family is out to get me, they pick out yummy food when we go food shopping but when we get home they want to eat all my food. DH is the worst he pick out all my "old" favorites that he has never eaten before. I will be strong, I will be strong, my health is more important then a moment of YUMMM.
I have been drinking protein shakes so I know I get enough of that every day. I eat Stop and Shop bran cereal as croutons high fiber, low carbs.
