My goals for Sept. 2009
150 miles (4.85/day)700 push-ups (24/day)500 squats (17/day)500 dips (17/day)15 min. planks (45 sec every other day)1984 oz water (64oz/day)
I like this way of goal setting! Can't wait to read what month's end looks like for you!

I set these because of the Sept. 100 mile challenge thread. I also joined the biggest loser thread and SAHMgroups. With all these great supporters and "healthy competitors" it keeps me pushing. |
