My goals for Sept. 2009

  • 150 miles (4.85/day)
  • 700 push-ups (24/day)
  • 500 squats (17/day)
  • 500 dips (17/day)
  • 15 min. planks (45 sec every other day)
  • 1984 oz water (64oz/day)

I set these because of the Sept. 100 mile challenge thread. 

I also joined the biggest loser  thread

and SAHMgroups.  With all these great supporters and "healthy competitors" it keeps me pushing.
