			<description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font&gt;Totally fudged on my diet last night and ate the rest of the ice cream carton.&amp;nbsp; Figure I was well into 2300 cal for the day.&amp;nbsp; Woke up today and ran three miles at the track.&amp;nbsp; Felt better today after talking to my bro last night and getting his pep talk.&amp;nbsp; Felt crummy today so I ate rice and cottage cheese with veggies.&amp;nbsp; Turned out to be really good and seems to have really fixed my stomache ache.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/nicole0802/242653.html</comments>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;Today's run was a 1.5 miler.&amp;nbsp; Nothing big.&amp;nbsp; Done at the track with the dogs.&amp;nbsp; They love it there.&amp;nbsp; They get to run around and act like idiots while I run around in circles hoping to shed a few pounds.&amp;nbsp; So far I have lost 6 pounds.&amp;nbsp; I felt like I was overdoing it a few weeks back and getting sore and frustrated so I slowed down my training.&amp;nbsp; Now I am doing a 35 min walk on Mon, 35 min walk on Tus,&amp;nbsp;1.5 mile run&amp;nbsp;on Wed, 3 mile run on Thurs, 1.5 on Friday, walk Sat, and run 3.5 Sun this week.&amp;nbsp; I'm trying to do situps and pushups in the evenings at least a few days a week.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Seems like running is getting harder than it was.&amp;nbsp; A month ago or so I ran 6 miles on a Saturday morning and another 3 that Sunday.&amp;nbsp; Now I am doind less and it feels harder.&amp;nbsp; Not to mention I am doing them at the track which should be easier than my hilly-ass neighborhood.&amp;nbsp; Although I did notice that I am running slightly faster so maybe that is the difference??&amp;nbsp; What the hell.&amp;nbsp; At least I am doing something, not gaining weight, and the dogs are getting out some enerygy.&amp;nbsp; Not bad for a Wednesday.&amp;nbsp; Tonight is machaca night, I love it when A makes dinner for me.&lt;/p&gt;</description>			<comments>http://caloriecount.about.com/users/nicole0802/242359.html</comments>
