Okay, so I've been counting my calories for a little over a week and I'm feeling pretty good about it. I obviously fell off my high horse since my first journal entry. I really didn't know what I was doing or what I needed to do. Now, I know how many calories I need and I haven't cheated once :) Brandon and I are exercising and I'm super excited about it. We didn't get to go as much this past week because we had Annica and we didn't get a chance to go. We're going today, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday or Sunday. Three days a week is just not enough for me. I need that extra day to make me feel like it's working :) I don't know why. Of all of the times that I've tried "dieting" this time it's totally different. I've never tried this hard. I've never been this determined. I KNOW it's going to be different this time. I'm working harder than I ever have before. That has to count for something.
