I hit a little bit a bump in the road but everything is still going well. My husband and I encountered some problems last week enabling me from going to the gym. A little bit of depression sunk in and I wasn't eat much. Crazy how I gained a pound by NOT eating...it totally goes against everything I ever thought but now I know what I have to do. This week I'm back on track and determined to lose that pound that I gained and then some :)
