OK, been trying to get the last 5 to 10 lbs off and become a new man. The problem has been for two weeks got to 177 and today I am back to 180. Maybe water I do not think I went over on any given day. Will try for one more week if I do not get results maybe I will try to maintain for a week and then try again.
:) It's pretty normal for a body to fluctuate anywhere from 2 to 5 lbs on any given day so don't always trust your scale to be a 100% all the time. You're doing great though, keep it up! |

Try weighing youself in the morning and also, try measuring your arms, shoulders, waist and hips. This will help you to know if it is water that you are retaining or not. Perhaps it might be muscles, hehe! |
I wish, today I am still the the same place as three weeks ago. Good news is i did not gain anything back. it is true what they say in the forums the last 10 lbs is a doosy. |
