Good weekend! Friday night went to Dave and Laura's baby shower, however it was basically Dave's baby shower because the baby came early and Laura was still in the hosptal with him.
Saturday....worked out, went out to Underwood to see Brandon's family, and by the time evening rolled around, we had 3 diff groups of friends that wanted to hang out with us. Welllll aren't we just the popular kids these days!?! Kari and Chad were going to a new bar and invited us....Trevor and Josh wanted us to come chill....and Shawn and Steve were having people over as well. SOOO we decided to forego the bar scene since we're pretty broke, picked up a case of beer instead, and headed to Trevor's. Me and three boys, oh boy! I got suckered into playing quarters. Good thing is a lot of my beers got poured into the middle, bad things is they were mean and made me drink a few times. ;-) Crazy, crazy boys. We stayed there til around 11, then drove out to Shawn and Steve's house. Listened to some music, played pool....the usual. Kind of nice to see those kids again without any drama. I mean, the majority of them are in my wedding, so its kind of odd that I haven't seen them much lately. But all in all, a GOOD night.
Yesterday I went with Linz to buy a new laptop...that was interesting, the store was insane! but we got her hooked up and she's connected to the internet world again.

I put in my two weeks at my job today. Went well. Can't wait for labor day weekend, and after that, starting at the new job! YAY for me!

P.S. Didn't lose, didn't gain this weekend. Can't complain cuz I ate pretty crappy, and obviously had my share of beer on saturday. is summer over yet? I need to stop this......but holding steady!
