My visit with Chris (PT) became emotional.  As soon as Chris asked how I was, I started crying,  I am just so tired of everything - weight gain, my food menu, Andy's shopping (he saves money but does not check labels for salt content), the stress of not working so I could help my husband out with finances (he will be 64 in January), paying bills, my son's education, being there for his graduation, this H1N1 virus, etc.

I did my inside exercises.  Laying down I did 3 different kinds of exercises (10x), sitting I did 4 leg exercises and 7 arm exercises (10x), standing with the walker I did 4 exercises (10x).

My feet were again real puffy and my blood pressure was slightly elevated.

The weather was cooler and just felt nice to be outside.  As we began the walk I told Chris I could only do 8 houses.  She said OK lets turn around at the white fence.  I came to the white fence ... and pushed myself to another house, and continued until I had made it around the block of 22 houses.

My pulse went up to 138 and my oxygen was 96%.  After 2 minutes my pulse had come down to 114 with oxygen at 98%.

I am glad I kept on moving!

My doctor came to draw my blood and is very pleased with the progress in my movement.  He is still thinks the answer to most of my health issues is to have the gastric bypass surgery.  He has continued to see me yo-yo with my weight since I first began seeing him in 2003.
