I am down to 477 this morning.  I did not have any soda (carbonated beverages) yesterday.  I have taken a low dosage water pill the last two days that has probably helped me go from 485.0 to 477 in 2 days.  i also have increased my water intake once again.  I began also to use the tools here on CC by logging in my food intake.

When Andy, my husband, came home we talked about my visit with the doctor yesterday (he was asleep).  i told him the doctor wants to increase PT to 3x a week so I can get in the vehicle to make a "consultation" appointment with the Gastric bypass doctor.  The doctor firmly believes that is the answer to getting my excess weight off.  Today, Andy did acknowledge I have come a long way with my mobility.  The key is to start working with my weight off now.  He said with the Biggest Loser they are exercising constantly - and not sitting at a desk on a computer (he dislikes the computer very much).  After I ate my oatmeal - we took a walk.  We went in a completely different direction.  We walked towards the exit of the Mobile Home complex.  It has a slight upgrade in places.  We walked down 6 homes towards the bus stop.  We sat at the bus stop for about 10 minutes enjying the lovely weather and scenery.   Andy said behind us was parking and another slight incline up to the "walking" path.  He reminded me that three homes from where we live in the other direction is a cement path leading to the "walking" path (almost like going around a block).  He said that could be another goal for me.  When I got up - I said lets just try going up the incline to the top of the path.  Slowly I made my way ... instead of saying NO I CAN'T ... the words are YES I WILL!  We made it to the top and very slowly he guided me down and we walked back home.  I have now walked three days in a row.  Tomorrow PT will be here - wonder which direction I will go?
