So I have eaten 1817kcal today...and thrown up 1291 of those. So I have kept down 526kcal.
Am I supposed to eat more?
How do you really know how many calories stayed in you? 1817 is alot ,i freak out if i eat that much too ... but it takes 3,500 =1 pound of gain. i try to burn more then i eat a day ,i had 600 cals so far..i put my limit as 800..but i plan on lowering it this week to 500. |
Yes, you're supposed to eat more. I've been eating 2200 almost everyday and haven't gained in 2-3 weeks. |
nakedsoul - I know because I use markers (ex. eating carrots last because they are bright orange and will come up last; everything kind of gets reversed in your stomach...counterintuitive). Your calorie count is way to low, please don't post that crap. I am a recovering anorexic, and I don't need that plastered on my page.
lilminime- Alright, it's so intimidating, as i'm sure you know. Trying to convince yourself that those calories don't REALLY all count. |
Stephanie, you're amazing! I just read your page and it almost brought tears to my eyes. When I was in high school I struggled with food a lot and always felt like crap cuz I always tried to either skip a meal or starve myself, but I always felt weak and sick though. And afterwards, I don't know how, but I just smartened up, ate healthy, excercised and felt like a trillion bucks! I felt so good, I couldn't believe it! :) So I applaud you for fighting anorexia and showing it who's boss! ;) You go girl! Please keep it up and don't worry about accidentally overeating once in a while, just excercise to make up for it. {{{HUGS}}}
