Had a doctor appt today so didn't get to gym and lack of activity showed on my activity chart for today. To the gym for 2 hours tomorrow.

I had no breakfast today because I was not feeling well and my headache level was at a level 9 or above. I was vomiting and dizzy. I did workout at the gym but I slept most of the morning because the vomiting tired me out. I realize my food levels will be down today because of it.

My first week alone I think I did pretty good. I know that I can do better and will do better this week.

I don't like what I ate today. It started out ok but I really was not feeling like Taco Bell food. But the rest of the house wanted it so I want along with it.

I have been keeping track of better food records for a week now and I see the things I have done wrong. I only wish I could lose the weight faster so that I could look good and feel better about myself.
