Entry Day 2 of Healthy Eating

So, I think I can live like this.  I was concerned yesterday.  How can I eat all these vegetables and fruits but it's not so bad.  I had the same thing for breakfast as yesterday.  I had a banana which I ate half of plain and put the other half on a piece of whole wheat toast with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and a cup of milk to wash it all down.  Lunch is leftovers of deer burgers with a slice of cheese, onion, and ketchup, carrot sticks, grapes, and some fried okra from the cafeteria.  I might save the carrot sticks or grapes for later though.  Dinner will be pasta and marinara with veggies and cheese.  No meat since the peanut butter and burger account for my 5 oz. for today.  Then comes the best part.  I still have a cup of milk to go and so I picked up some oreos yesterday.  As long as I limit myself to one serving, which is 3 oreos, I don't see why this can't be a part of healthy living.  Tomorrow I will probably go to lunch with the girls so I will see if I can plan it out and stick with this again. 

I ran pretty hard last night and think I got dehydrated, too hot, or had low blood sugar.  I almost passed out in the shower so I was scared and maybe hyperventilated.  And then I was drinking water and breathing deep and my hands got all tingly and I couldn't hold the glass.  And now I keep getting really hot today.  The temperature hasn't changed, but I keep sweating.  Weird.
