Entry first weigh in

My group is having it's first full week weigh in. I have managed to lose again this week! It has only been about 5 lbs so far, but it is a loss. I managed to avoid the scale this week, I need to spend more time thinking about what and when I eat not what and when I weigh!

Very excited to see what the rest of the group has done this week. I am staying motivated and focused so far and I think that the group here is helping with that. Too soo to tell, but it is looking good right now!

My pants are fitting better this week, even if it is only water loss I will take it and smile.

Hey - 5lbs is excellent!!!!  Way to go you!!!!!  and great attitude about what's important - what you weigh is variable but healthy eating habits will get you where you need to be and keep you there.Laughing
