I need to work on finding the time to get to the gym this week. My schedule has just been too crazy trying to take care of everyone else. I need to find time in the schedule for me. This is my project currently. I have watched my diet and lost a few lbs, but it is not enough. I think I have a better grip on the food part so I am moving on to the exercise part. Hopefully I will reread this and not lose my focus, one step at a time....
I hope you succeed in squeezing it. It is difficult. How about 3-10 minute workouts? Research shows it may be more effective since it keeps your heart rate up throughout the day. Good luck! |
It is hard to find time. Hopefully with the time change and it staying light longer I too will get out side and move |
