			<description>&lt;p&gt;Ok, definitely overate for the past 3 days and not feeling so good.&amp;nbsp; Slow and sluggish.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Went to the YMCA today and did their Kickboxing class.&amp;nbsp; Lots of cardio, minimal rest.&amp;nbsp; Afterwards, came home and took Molly out for about an hour walk, 2 miles.&amp;nbsp; Not too bad so far.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I hope I can keep my eating under control...&lt;/p&gt;
