Doing good, doing good, doing good.  Yeah I fell back this weekend it happens.  It could have been worse AND I'm superproud of myself for trying every day.  I messed up all weekend and I'm trying to make a plan for the weekend to make sure that it doesn't happen again, but at least I woke up every morning with the INTENT to get back on track.  It took a work day, the regimen to get really in line though.  

I've added a 1/2 hour of Leslie Sansone back into my mornings.  It's a only a half hour, I'm up anyway, and it really does set my day up a little bit better.  Plus more exercise is always a good thing. I've done 2 yoga classes this week,  3 more to go to make goal.  

  I've gotten back on track with my eating as well.  I made chicken soup for myself this week for dinner after yoga and it's been a really good idea.  I'm going to do it again this week. I need to do some food shopping, I'm running  out of everything.  I figure I'll go to the food store at lunch today.  I can get some soup for lunch and pick up the food I need for the next few days.  I need to make sure I don't run out of food and go on some stupid corner store binge.   It's all about the planning :).  I should pick up another chicken to roast so I can make more soup.

The scale was my friend this morning for the first day in a week. I've finally recovered from my lost weekend and the scale bounced back down to 222.  Two more pounds and I get a pedicure and getting some flower or something painted on my toes!

Ok it's time to do my walking with Leslie :)

It sounds like you are doing really well. Keep up the good work. I think exercise in the morning is a great way to stay on track during the weekends. For me, it seems like I am less tempted to eat something decadent if I have already put in some work-out time.

I too need to get back on track, I've made a vow to myself that I can and will become a better, healthier me. Keep up the good work :D I bought a cardio dance dvd last night and it's fun, just wish I could get the steps down better lol. I'm going to do this along with my yoga.
