Entry Sooooo close to hitting 219

I'm sooo close to hitting 219, I was 220 on the scale this morning.  I've been in this weight decade since 10/6 and I want out.  I want the scale to go down one more number.  I've promised myself a pedicure when I hit that number. I want pretty toenails  when I'm in my bare feet :). 

I need to journal more,  I noticed that it's been a while since I wrote.  Here's a recap of the past few days. 

Thursday:  I was feeling run down so I didn't go to Yoga I didn't get any exercise in on Thursday,  the diet did pretty well I just wasn't feeling any of it. 

Friday: Didn't do any exercise but I did have my first appointment with the counselor.  I've started counseling sessions to work on the emotional baggage I've wrapped up in food.  I think the only way I'm going to really conquer this demon is to attack both the roots and the branches of the tree :).  I missed Yoga because I locked myself out :(.   The BF came over and let me in but I was stuck without any of my gear or my car keys  until he came over.  I don't know how I did on my calories on friday because I didn't log.  I was making soup and kept on having spoonfuls of it and had no idea how much I was getting.   I dont' think I did too badly though because I was using a teaspoon to taste with and the only other stuff I ate was a slice of cinnamon bread with a tbs of peanut butter and for dinner we went to a restaurant where I got a salad.  The salad had a balsamic dressing and I had it with grilled chicken. I could have taken half the chicken home but I don't think it was all that bad.    

Saturday:  Did well with calories and it was a yoga day.  The instructor LeAnne told me how proud she was of me how much I was improving and how she could see the weight loss.  That really made my day. 

Sunday:  I didn't plan my food very well and the day ended up high on the calories but I got to yoga and all the food I ate was healthy and good and raw so I'm not going to beat myself up about it.    I did a half hour of leslie Sansone's walk away the lbs as well as the yoga.  At class a different instructor Morgan told me I was improving a lot.  She challanged me in class on the Standing Bow pose yesterday.  I have been only focusing on my balance and she pushed me to lean forward to start moving toward the actual pose.  I was able to get down a little bit,  I'm going to have to try again today in class and see if I can do it longer.  

Today I'm having lunch with a friend at  Fresh Choice.  We're both trying to lose a bunch of weight so I figured a salad bar is a nice idea.  I can put a salad together and know I'm making good choices and what's on it.  

I'm going to hang for my show tonight too.  I'm showing this month at the Vox gallery in Sacramento.  It's my two year anniversary for showing my work and I was at Vox two years ago as well so It's kind of like old home week.    I'm preparing my stuff this morning, I baked my last piece.  I have a couple pieces that I need to varnish and set for mounting so I need to do that before I go to lunch and then I should get everything ready before I go to yoga.  I can go to the 4:30 class and go from there to Vox to hang. 

After that home and make lunch for tomorrow and then bed.  Whoo.  I've got a busy day planned, I should get started.  :)
