So, my day today was not all sh!tty haha.

I Just prefer to eat normally, because when I am studying, I  enjoy looking forward to getting hungry and having a break to enjoy some nice food.

So when I eat all my calories in one sitting, I do not have the nice meal breaks to look forward to haha.

Every one needs some kind of motivation to look fwd to when they study or have to work or do something difficult.  Food is one of my enjoyments in life.

Wont go into reasons why food is one of my main enjoyments  -  it is due to my past and the fact that I have not gone out and made a whole lot of friend yet, and therefore my main enjoyments in life are just appreciating being alive, having a nice house and family, and the simple things in life….

So, after reading a lot as part of studying, I tend to enjoy the act of eating, more than other things I normally enjoy - such as reading mags and going to this website!



ANY WAY.

Day ended up okay -  I made a friend come for a hike with me in the after noon, and I had a large salad when I got home!  Large and filling, but low in cal which is what I felt like to balance out all that heavy high fat food I ate a lot of this morning!

I am learning that it is how you deal with less than perfect choices that matter more than having to stick to a perfect routine ALL the time…

I mean, even people that have the money and tools to have a perfect diet and fitness routine do not always do what they know is right 100% of the time, right?

So, I accept that some days I will miss a gym class that I really wanted to go to

I have not gotten to a few classes this week due to reasons

I did not get to do the body pump class I PLANNED on doing this morning due to eating so much and not feeling like going after all that food!

But, I still went for a walk and had a lighter dinner. Because I felt like it. So - I did not do exactly what I wanted to do, but I still made an effort.



One thing that has changed from the past, is that if I over eat, I do not write the whole day off;  I did what I did, therefore I realize all that I can do is wait until I am hungry next and eat as I normally would.  That is all it is.

So, I am feeling better lately, I have not binged for months, although I still over eat occasionally,


But that is normal. Ppl eat too much food because they like the taste.

Especially ppl like me - who have a history of food obsession, and therefore who think and depend a lot of enjoyment on food - the more you think about something/food, the more likely it is that you will use it at any opportunity haha.
