Had a great weight loss last week - but reality is beginning to set in. I really want to try to exercise today for 30 minutes.
Another thing I have tried is to follow the calorie is a calorie is a calorie. I had a pop tart this morning - yes on a diet and had a pop tart. Just one, with a glass of skim milk but it was great. Didn't eat a snack late last night because I new I was going to have a pop tart. Not every morning but some.
Baby steps - really want to exercise tonight!
